Changing your instrument is easy with Ardsley Music! Please see below for examples of instrument changes:
- Moving from a Viola to a Violin or from a Tuba to a Flute or other change of instrument type
- Upgrading or downgrading an instrument (such as moving from a Student Flute to a Premium Flute or moving from a Virtuoso Cello to a Student Cello)
- Moving from a Flute with a Curved Headjoint to a Standard Flute
- Other fundamental instrument change
To change your instrument, please follow these steps:
- Complete a new contract for the instrument you would like to play. You can do this by clicking here (this will open in a new tab)
- If your school accepts deliveries, please bring your existing instrument to your band or orchestra teacher (your new instrument will be delivered when the existing instrument is returned).
- If you select “In-Store Pickup”, please bring your existing instrument with you when you pick up your new instrument.
- If there is a difference in price between the existing instrument and the new instrument, you will either be credited or charged a balance based on the pro-rated amount of the contract.
