Terms of Agreement
The instrument listed above is covered by Extended Service Plan (E.S.P.). E.S.P. covers the repairs listed above including labor and replacement parts provided needed parts are still available. E.S.P. does not cover intentional damage such as engravings, hammered dents, vandalism, re-lacquering, re-varnishing, acts of God, loss or theft. E.S.P. covers two occurrences of the same repair per contracted period. The contracted period is 1 year from the time of payment unless renewed for the 2 year special. In that case, the contracted period of will be two years from time of payment. For repairs not covered, 20% of E.S.P. fee will be applied to repair cost. By signing this plan you acknowledge the extent of coverage and agree to terms. There are no refunds. Prices are subject to change without notice.
