If you are a rental customer
The quickest way to have your instrument repaired is to bring it to our shop M-F 11-5 or Sat 10-1. We always try to repair your instrument while you wait, depending on the nature of the repair and high volume time period. If we cannot repair the instrument on the spot, we will give you a quick turn-around time to pick up your instrument.
If you need the instrument immediately, you can set up an appointment to exchange it. Exchanges are made by appointment only and are subject to availability and high volume time periods.
If you attend a school that accepts deliveries we can pick up the instrument from the school, repair it and deliver it back to the school the following week.
If you own your instrument
Bring your instrument to our shop M-F 11-5 or Sat 10-1. We will give you a competitive repair price and a quick turn-around time.
After your instrument is repaired you may want to consider signing up for our Musical Instrument Protection Plan.
If you are out of the area
You can either ship your instrument to, Ardsley Music – 219 Sprain Road – Scarsdale, NY 10583, or we can send a UPS call tag to your home to pick up your instrument, email you with an estimate and ship the instrument back to your home. The call tag and return shipping will be the cost to us with no additional handling fees and the repair price will be unbeatable!
