Out of Area Repairs

If you do not live in the New York tri-state area, please use the following method to have your instrument repaired.

Ardsley Music repairs all Band & Orchestral instruments.  We have a fully equipped repair shop on premises with certified technicians at the ready. We feature quick turn around via UPS. We will pickup your instrument, repair it, and ship it back to your home! A thirty-day guarantee covers all of our repairs.

To have your instrument repaired

1. Fill out and submit the repair request below.
2. We will contact you with an estimate within 24 hours.
3. If you approve of the estimate, we will arrange a UPS pickup at the address submitted.
4. Pack your instrument for shipping and include a printout of:
   • Your repair request form
   • Our estimate

When we receive your instrument

1. We will inspect it and contact you to confirm receipt and arrange for payment.
2. We will repair your instrument and ship it to the address on your repair-request form.
